Do you provide International delivery?
We provide worldwide shipping to all of our customers no matter where they are located. Different rates may apply based on Region & Country. Have a question about shipping? Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to consider your options.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item under special circumstances or if you want to exchange an item for store credit simply email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a shipping return label for you free of charge.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are only accepted under special circumstances. All items can be exchanged for store credit in the amount of the total order (shipping not included). If you have problems or concerns with your order feel free to contact us during business hours.
If possible dry clean. Items should be machine washed on low heat. DO NOT BLEACH IF SO ONLY IN VERY SMALL AMOUNTS. Have more questions about how to care for your CDLC INC. garments? Fell free to contact us.
How do I track my order?
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Once your order is placed we will send you all corresponding tracking info via the email address provided at checkout within 48-72 hours. All PREORDER items have a 7-21 day processing time (normally sooner than 21 days). Orders over $400.00 will have a 3-5 business day processing time prior to shipping and are automatically shipped 2day or next day mail with insurance & signature.
How can I contact your couriers?
We ship USPS but occasionally we will ship via FedEx. If you would like to contact our shipping providers please use your tracking number provided by us via email and contact your local post office or FedEx according to which method your item(s) was shipped. If you are having trouble contacting them please contact us so that we may remedy any issues with your package(s).
What are your delivery options?
We offer every type of shipping method from standard, to next day delivery. Orders over $150.00 will normally require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested by the buyer. All orders are insured for the amount of that order. All PREORDER items will be automatically upgraded to expedited next day shipping once we receive due to wait time.
